I've always paid more than my minimum balance, and never late on a payment. Suddenly, Chase jacked my rate up and changed me to a variable for no apparent reason. Customer Service told me my only option was to close my account, so I did. CONSUMER BEWARE!! Just when you think you've established a fair deal, you're really getting screwed.
